What level of swimming is required?

We ask that you are comfortable with swimming. If you’re not, contact us and we’ll see if we can organise suitable coaching or give you ideas for introductory lessons.

The triathlon standard is the crawl, and we’ll help you to improve it.

No minimum performance is required.

Do I need to have a race bike?

For training sessions, it’s preferable but it’s not compulsory.

Bear in mind that these are road training sessions. If your tyres are notched you will be slowed down.

Most triathlon events allow bikes other than racing bikes, as long as there is no engine 😉

What is the location of the club?

Swimming and running training takes place in Anderlecht (see page with the training sessions), as well as bike starting points. In the future, opportunities may arise in neighbouring areas (particularly for pool slots).

Of course, we welcome new members from all areas.

Can I come and try the training sessions?

Of course you can! Contact us and we’ll arrange for someone from the team to meet you at the training session of your choice.
