The ZEST club offers supervised training in each discipline.
Swimming

Swimming sessions take place at CERIA swimming pool on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8.30pm to 10pm. Sessions are open to all levels.
For swimming training sessions, we recommend that you have the following equipment (in addition to your swimwear and cap): paddles, pull-buoy, board and fins. A snorkel is a plus.
Biking

The cycling sessions take place in collaboration with Brussels Unchained. We offer weekend cycling trips depending on the weather. The route and speed are specified in each announcement. You can also join the Tuesday and Friday evening outings via the Brussels Unchained platform. To take part in a group cycling outing, you need to respect certain rules.
Running
We run every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm at the track Jesse Owens (drève Olympique 70 à Anderlecht – right in front of Yeti Ski).
And also…
When the triathlon season approaches, the club will organise combined training sessions to better prepare for the fourth discipline of triathlon: transitions (from swimming to cycling and from cycling to running).
The club will also organise open-water training sessions.
